My Promise To Topaz, founded by Emily Franco, is non-profit organization currently being formed to help disabled and senior animals, as well as disabled individuals who are in urgent need. You can learn more about my work as an independent rescuer in the "about me" section.

In the future, I want to build safe and loving places for older or special animals. These sanctuaries will help them find forever homes. Additionally, they will offer a space for individuals with disabilities and war-related PTSD to bond with animals. By doing this, I hope to improve animal welfare, change people's attitudes towards disabilities and mental health, and make better laws.

I have retained a lawyer in the processing the necessary paperwork to become a registered 501c3
